We wish a happy new year 
First of all I want all of you a Happy New Year. For us, the year 2010 will certainly be a very exciting year and we look with optimism towards our dream of home ownership. Let's do it :-)
I was in the last few months writing a little lazy, I'll give you an update today.
have now, we opted for a construction company. How had three shortlisted in the election. Two prefab house companies and a solid construction company. Finally, we have opted for the massive house version and I think we have made a very good choice. I hope that we have our good impression of the company will not let so far but they were very concerned and involved. The construction company is Zenz and has its headquarters in Cochem an office in Mainz. The architect was very very patient and work with us * grin * and I think he was very happy when we signed the construction contract. Now there is the "fine work". The floor plan is already fixed and a final draft will be received in week 4, in which we can still make changes. Then, the house plans drawn up and submitted the planning application ready for submission. If the planning application is submitted, it depends on the construction office, when we can get started ... .. until then it will probably take several weeks go by. There were some delays because Jochen had business for 3 weeks after Asia. ... Na yes we lack the time dependent now.
Today we were on the site at times to look after things. It has been snowing today in Bad Soden a bit and we were curious as to how much snow is Oberems.
The result can not be seen * laugh *
So, for today I'm going to call it quits. I wanted to hold you just once to date. In the next few days I'm going to set the preliminary floor plan.
