I know, I know it's already half a year has passed since my last post but a lot has happened in the past few months and somehow there was also home-technically nothing to report. I promise that I will now always be up to date ......
There was some delay, had different reasons. Our architect has found as he prepared the plans for the planning application that we exceed the required ridge height by 1.10 m ..... there went off the stage. He suggested intend to change the roof pitch which would have cost us but for our living room and what ever was out of the question. Jochen was not amused, and so we have decided to make a small detour and to provide a Deviation Request a Projected. Okay there was only us ...... even clear that lasts and lasts and lasts ..... but it was worth it! The Projected was completed and about 6 weeks later we had the decision that would be made to pay for the planned deviation approval. We have treated or derogation regarding the tile color. namely Mandatory are brown or red brick, and I would like to have anthracite. So we have done the same in a "go". Well and as to the ridge height, which we now exceed by about 1.37 m * grin *...... namely in the basement we have a stone placed on it though because :-).... has been to Jochen thought * grin *
Well, then, the official planning application has been prepared and submitted. It was actually quite fast and after about 8 weeks was before the building permit. - Now you can start it so - let's do it to.
