The final inspection has taken place on 07:12:10 - With the acceptance of the construction manager shall jointly take all outstanding issues in the acceptance protocol - a "snag list" is created and processed - it was here a few little things like scratches, dents in the door, etc. ... which has since been implemented by all service team - except for the staircase (see below) and the necessary second Spitters at the canopy, but because frost is not currently feasible.
Ah yes, the plaster company "has not reported to us by the" plaster dirt "to clear away what was left on our porch - I hope the men win now that the snow is gone by. ... They were instructed by the supervisor know ... * hmmm *
to stairs
Not at all satisfied with the steps we - stained dark in this case is indeed a finger porch, but the quality gluing / dressing and processing are generally really failed in many places.
We complain Here the processing quality of the staircase (which the friendly local team so already admitted or confirmed) has, for example:
- in the laminated wood beams at the top of the stairs, a thick white line in the middle is straight down (on the dark stairs is not really good).
- even on a stage is to see a white line
- some corners and edges (also from the steps) were not stained properly, here is the thickness of the deposited material is not sufficiently
- the surface in some places is very rough ( probably applied too thin)
- are smaller intermediate beam was not cut clean, here are the corners frayed
- a button in the middle of the railing (as he should be back) is not in the middle
- the balustrade at the top end is not equal on both sides (one side with a socket, the other is)?
The FH-site service team can / may not do here first and then refers to manufacturing errors, therefore we have the bad workmanship for finger house now registered as required and documented with photographs - now we are waiting for an opinion. We report here some more, if there is new!
Here are some sample pictures of the unpacking of the stairs:
